Step 1 Greeting & Warming up

T:Good morning, boys and girls. Do you like English?          S: Yes, I do.

Lets sing a song Ten little Indian boys               S: OK.

(Review some numbers, 当手势做到8的时候,揭示课题)

T:Now , today we will learn Unit 8 In class. (出示课题)

In class, we should sit in straight, listen carefully, look at the teacher, look at the blackboard and think carefully.          (学生边跟我说,边做动作)

【在正式接触新课前,与学生进行了一系列的热身活动,唱唱英文歌曲,说说英文小诗,活跃一下气氛,为下面的新课做好准备。】

T: (Show a book)Look, whats this? This book is very nice.

 Lets say a rhyme A little book

T: (Show a card) Look, whats this?

Its a card. Its a little card.(一张自制的卡片)

Is it nice? Lets say a rhyme A little card

【从学过的小诗《A little book》入手,用a card替代了 a book, 从而为下面的新单词和句型的学习做好铺垫。】

T: Oh, Christmas Day is coming. Lets make a card,Ok?

在黑板上出示一张空白的大卡片

T:Look at this card, its big and nice.

1.First, lets open the card.

教授open. (出示单词卡Read and spell)

T:I can say Open , open ,open the card.  What can you say?

S: Open the card/ open the door/ open the window/ open your pencil box

2. T:Oh, its white inside, its not very nice.  what can we do?

 T:Yes, we can write. (书写一句祝福语,出示单词卡Read and spell)

T: Write M/ e/ r / r/ y/ C / h/ r/ I / s/ t/ m/ a/ s(教师一边书写,学生一边说词组)

 当写好一个Merry后,说 this is a word. 教授word

  T:Christmas is a word, too. So they are words.

I can say write, write, write a word What can you say?

S: write the new words /write M .

Please show me your fingers and write the words together.

3. T:Please read the two words after me.----Merry Christmas

  指指新学的单词,让学生读一读。

4. T: Oh, I think the card is not very nice. What should we do?

 Yes, we should draw some pictures on it.

  I like flowers .So I will draw some flowers on it. (画花)

 Draw a cat/ draw some balloons/ a doll.

在说draw 的过程中,顺便在黑板上 draw a boy ,draw a girl,为接下来学生做卡片进行男女生比赛做好铺垫。

5. T:Very good. The card is very nice now , yes or no?

  Yes.

  T: Ok. Lets close the card.

   Close the door/window/your books.

T: Ok, on Christmas Day ,I will give this card to my friend.

Step 3 Practice

 T:Now, boys and girls , do you like cards? Do you want to make a Christmas card for your friend?

 T:Lets make a card, OK?

 Now, take our your white card please.

Listen to me.(听口令在做卡片)

1.        Open the card, please.

2. Write your friends name on the card.

3.      Write Merry Christmas in the card. Can you write?

No. Ok, please copy it.

教授copy , copybook 对比一下

4.      Draw some balloons, please.

5.      Write your name on the card.

6.      Close the card, please.

7.      Write Merry Christmas on it.

T:Well done! You did a very good job. Your cards are very nice!

Now, please tell us, how to make a card?

学生来说一说做卡片步骤PPT ,男生女生比赛

1.Open the card, please.

2.Write Merry Christmas in the card.

3. Draw some balloons, please.

4.Close the card, please.

5.Write Merry Christmas on the card.

T:Ok, now please put your cards in the English book, and when Christmas Day is coming, give your nice card to your good friend, Ok?

【本单元的主要教学内容是祈使句,让学生掌握“请别人干某事”和“叫别人不要干某事”的英语表达方法。一般情况下老师都用动作、表情和手势帮助学生理解这些表达命令、请求、建议的句子,并要求学生能在一定的情境中熟练地运用这些祈使句。

结合B部分的单词,我选择了其中的6个:open,write,read,draw,close,copy,因为eat,drink我已经渗透在平时的教学中与学生学习过了。

刚好圣诞节快到了,我设计了为朋友做一张圣诞卡片的活动,把所要学习的单词和句型都放在里面。在开始的时候我就用预先准备好的小卡片作为奖品发给学生,他们的兴趣很浓厚,都高举小手跃跃欲试。

在黑板上呈现一张大大的空白卡片时,学生都发出了惊叹的声音,在他们印象中的英语课一直是跟着老师读读说说,今天却变成了一节手工课或者说是一节美术课。接下来跟着我,一边学说英语,一边做卡片,一步步地把一张圣诞卡完成,孩子们学得很认真,做得也很认真。

一张卡片做完,学生学会了用英语表达做卡片的步骤,也学会了“Merry Christmas,作为老师来说,一节课的教学目的也达到了,联系生活实际,效果不错!】
